This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App and its Channels, AI Chat, Notes, and Schedule features.
Account information (name, email, etc.); Channel messages and content you post; Notes you create and store; Schedule events and reminders you set; AI Chat conversations and prompts, including the questions you ask an AI agent inside a Channel and the agent's replies; if you chat with a public Channel's AI agent as a guest, the name and email you provide to start the chat together with those messages; subscription status and transaction identifiers (we do not store your payment card details); Device information, usage data, and log data.
We use your information to provide and improve the Channels, AI Chat, Notes, and Schedule features, personalize your experience, improve AI performance, and ensure security.
When you use AI Chat, or chat with an AI agent inside a Channel, the messages you send (your questions and prompts) and the AI's replies may be stored on our servers. We store these conversations to deliver the feature, keep your conversation history available to you, provide customer support, maintain safety and prevent abuse, and improve the quality of the service.
Some public Channels allow you to chat with their AI agent. Where a Channel has enabled conversation saving, the messages exchanged with that Channel's AI agent — including, for guest visitors, the name and email you provide to start the chat — may be recorded and stored on our servers. If you do not want a conversation to be recorded, do not send it.
We retain these conversations for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with our legal obligations. We delete or anonymize them when you delete your account, or earlier on request, except where we are required to retain certain information by law. To request deletion of your conversations, use in-app account deletion or contact us at ai@unichatai.com.
We do NOT sell your personal data. To provide the AI features, your content is shared with third-party providers that process it on our behalf. Each receives only what that function needs:
We use these providers' standard business APIs and do not authorise them to use your content for any purpose other than delivering the function described above. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply to their handling of that data. We may also share data with other service providers, legal authorities when required by law, and analytics providers in anonymized form.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access your data, request deletion of your account and content (Channels, Notes, Schedule, and AI Chat conversations), correct inaccurate information, or opt out of certain data uses.
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Security → Delete Account (also available from the login screen via "Delete account"). Deleting your account removes your personal profile data (name, email, phone, avatar) and signs you out permanently; associated content and AI Chat conversations are deleted or anonymized, except where we are required to retain certain information (such as billing records) by law.
Our App is not intended for users under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
If you purchase a subscription, payment is processed by the app store or payment provider applicable to your platform. We do not collect or store your full payment card details. We receive limited transaction information — such as your subscription status, plan level, and a transaction or order identifier — which we use to activate and manage your benefits, and which may be shared with the relevant payment provider as needed to process and verify your purchase.
