UniChat AI brings private chat, group chat, channels and a powerful AI assistant together in one app. Message your contacts, collaborate in groups, follow channels, capture notes, plan your schedule, and host a 24/7 AI agent that answers questions for your audience — from class times to your latest updates.
Open the profile of the person you want to report — tap their avatar in the conversation — and choose Report. For a group or a channel, open its details page and choose Report there. Tell us what happened; the reported content is sent along with your report.
We review reports and act on violating content and accounts within 24 hours. That can mean removing the content, suspending the account, or removing the user from the service. You can also email ai@unichatai.com at any time.
Open the person's profile from the conversation or contact list and choose Block. Their messages stop being delivered to you. You can unblock from the same place.
No. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Messages are also screened by an automated filter that masks prohibited terms before delivery. See our EULA for the full list of what is not allowed.
Open the app, go to the subscription screen, and choose a plan. Plan prices and benefits are shown before you confirm the purchase.
Manage your subscription on the platform where you purchased it:
Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Your AI agent draws on the notes and schedule you record, so it can reply to your students or customers around the clock — even when you're offline. You control what it knows by what you save.

In the app, go to Me → Settings → Security → Delete Account (also available from the login screen via Delete account). Deleting your account removes your personal profile data (name, email, phone, avatar) and signs you out permanently; associated content and AI Chat conversations are deleted or anonymized, except where we are required to retain certain information (such as billing records) by law.
