End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and UniChatAI governing use of this App. By registering, signing in, or using the App for the first time, you confirm that you have read this EULA and agree to it together with our User Terms and Privacy Policy.

2. License Grant

Subject to this EULA, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App and its features (Channels, AI Chat, Notes, and Schedule) on devices you own or control, solely as permitted by our documentation.

3. Prohibited Conduct and Content

You must not use the App, including its Channels, AI Chat, Notes, or Schedule features, to create, upload, send, store, share, or solicit any content or behaviour that:

• violates any applicable law or regulation;
• harasses, threatens, bullies, defames, or discriminates against others;
• promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hate;
• involves sexually explicit material involving minors, or exploits or endangers minors;
• infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• spreads malware, spam, phishing, or fraudulent activity;
• attempts to reverse-engineer, circumvent security, overload, or disrupt the App;
• uses AI or other outputs to deceive, defraud, impersonate, or cause unlawful harm;
• is otherwise offensive, harmful, misleading, or inconsistent with reasonable community standards.

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with authorities where required.

4. Enforcement

Breach may result in suspension or termination of your license and account, without prejudice to other remedies.

5. Subscriptions & Virtual Items

Some features and AI usage allowances require a paid subscription. Subscriptions and any in-app virtual items (such as AI tokens or credits) are licensed, not sold, to you. They have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash. Billing, renewal, and refunds are handled by the app store or payment provider applicable to your platform; auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled through your platform account.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." You are solely responsible for your use of AI outputs and for compliance with laws and this EULA.

7. Updates

We may update this EULA; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
